Nasal Flu Vaccination

Unfortunately, Y4, 5 and 6 did not receive their flu vaccination on Wednesday 9th November due to time restrictions on the nursing team’s behalf. A return visit by the vaccination team has been rescheduled for 9th December 22.  The link, to the E consent has been reopened and can be accessed via the letter below, please complete the form (even if you do not wish your child to receive the vaccination). The closing date for the consents will close on 7th December 22.
